Biography

Ali Ramadan is a DHA licensed Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Neurological Physical Therapy from Cairo University, Egypt. He graduated with Honors in Physical Therapy and has over eight years of clinical experience specializing in pediatric neurological rehabilitation across Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.

Ali has extensive experience working with infants, children, and adolescents presenting with a wide range of neurological, developmental, genetic, and musculoskeletal conditions. His clinical expertise includes the assessment and treatment of children with cerebral palsy, developmental delay, neuromuscular disorders, genetic syndromes, hypotonia, hypertonia, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, developmental coordination difficulties, gait abnormalities, scoliosis, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

His approach combines Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) principles with evidence-based practice, functional motor learning, and family-centered care to help children develop meaningful movement skills and maximize their independence in everyday life. Ali believes that successful rehabilitation is achieved through close collaboration with families while creating engaging, individualized therapy programs that encourage participation, confidence, and long-term functional outcomes.

Ali has received advanced training in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Pediatric Normal Development, Universal Exercise Unit (UGUL), Spider Cage Therapy, Dynamic Suit Orthoses (DUNAG Suit), Aquatic Therapy (Halliwick Method), Pediatric Seating & Positioning, Gait Analysis, Isokinetic Rehabilitation, and Pediatric Postural Management. He also holds an international Pulmonary Rehabilitation Certification from the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) and the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR), with additional expertise in pediatric respiratory care and ICU rehabilitation.

Throughout his career, Ali has worked within multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams, supervised physiotherapy interns, contributed to clinical education, and actively integrated current research into clinical practice. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Neurological Physical Therapy, reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development and advancing evidence-based pediatric rehabilitation.
Ali is passionate about empowering children to reach their highest functional potential while supporting families throughout every stage of their rehabilitation journey.
